American League (AL)
Baltimore Orioles
Grayson Rodriguez (right lat strain): experienced right elbow discomfort, which was also experienced earlier in the year and caused him to be shut down during Spring Training.
Zach Eflin (lower back strain): Allowed two runs in four innings during his July 13 rehab start at Double-A Chesapeake.
Ryan Mountcastle (right hamstring strain): Scheduled to begin rehab assignment July 22 with Triple-A Norfolk.
Cade Povich (left hip inflammation): Tossed three perfect innings in a rehab start on July 13 at High-A Aberdeen.
Houston Astros
Yordan Alvarez (right hand fracture): Re-evaluation scheduled for July 17; experiencing no pain and hopeful to resume batting shortly.
Spencer Arrighetti (right thumb fracture): Throwing live batting practice in Florida; rehab assignment expected soon.
Cristian Javier (Tommy John surgery): Allowed two earned runs in first rehab start (1⅓ innings) on July 12 with the FCL Astros.
Jake Meyers (right calf strain): Placed on 10-day IL July 11; expected absence of over three weeks.
Jeremy Peña (rib fracture): Resumed baseball activities but not yet swinging a bat; potential return shortly after the All-Star break.
Tampa Bay Rays
Shane McClanahan (left triceps nerve irritation): Recorded five outs (three strikeouts) during July 13 rehab start at Triple-A Durham.
Ha-Seong Kim (left foot contusion): Initial X-rays negative after July 13 incident; status remains day-to-day.
Texas Rangers
Nathan Eovaldi (back): Has been scratched from his scheduled start against the Tigers on July 20 due to back tightness, he is day-to-day.
Toronto Blue Jays
Alek Manoah (right UCL surgery): Struggled in first rehab start July 14 in Florida Complex League (four runs allowed, one out recorded).
Daulton Varsho (left hamstring strain): Began rehab assignment July 17 (0-for-3 as DH) in Florida Complex League.

Max Fried (left index finger blister): Removed after three innings on July 12; injury considered minor.
Luis Gil (right lat strain): Struck out six batters over 3⅓ innings in July 13 rehab appearance with Double-A Somerset.

Shane Bieber (Tommy John surgery): Impressive first rehab outing on July 15, pitching two scoreless innings with five strikeouts in Arizona Complex League.
Gabriel Arias (left ankle sprain): Participating fully in baseball activities and expected to run bases during the week of July 14.
National League (NL)
Arizona Diamondbacks
Eugenio Suárez (left hand contusion): X-rays negative after being hit by pitch in All-Star Game on July 15; remains day-to-day.
Atlanta Braves
Austin Riley (right abdominal strain): Placed on the 10-day IL on July 12.
Los Angeles Dodgers
Blake Snell (left shoulder inflammation): Dominant second rehab outing July 15 in Arizona Complex League; seven strikeouts over three innings, allowed one run.
Roki Sasaki (right shoulder impingement): Resumed bullpen throwing; potential return expected by late August.

Connor Norby (broken left hamate bone): Underwent surgery July 16; estimated recovery timeline is six to eight weeks.
