Micah Hyde Leaves Practice With Right Leg Injury

Buffalo Bills safety Micah Hyde suffered an apparent right leg injury during training camp on Friday.

The 31-year-old free safety reported landed hard on his right side after grabbing an interception, then limped off the field favoring his right leg.

Hyde remained on the sidelines for a few minutes, then reportedly sat in the passenger seat as he was carted to the locker room.

Without video, it is hard to nail down the exact injury Hyde is dealing with. It's a positive sign that he was able to limp off and the cart right to the locker room was likely precautionary.

The 10-year pro had 5 interceptions, 74 combined tackles and 10 passes defended last season. He was named to the All-Pro second team for the second time in his career.

Jaquan Johnson, 26, would likely fill in at free safety if Hyde misses time with the injury.
