Will Levis Injury: Kentucky QB Dislocates Finger on Non-Throwing Hand

Kentucky quarterback Will Levis injured his non-throwing hand in Saturday's game against Ole Miss.

The injury occurred on an intentional grounding as Levi's tried to throw the ball away, resulting in a safety.

He raised his hand to the sideline, and his middle finger was completely bent. After this injury, he stayed in the game and led a touchdown drive the next series.

Levis likely suffered a PIP joint dislocation that will not require surgery, according to the Pro Football Docs. With this injury, you can tape the dislocated finger to another finger and continue playing. There should be no issues with taking snaps or handing the ball off to running backs.

Levis, a projected first-round pick in this year's NFL draft, has drawn a crowd of over five scouts at this current game. He is 7 for 10 with 71 yards and one touchdown at halftime. Look for Levis to try and lead a comeback in the second half.
