SIC Roundup: Injuries to Know Heading into All-Star Break

Kawhi Leonard - SIC score 67

Missed Feb. 14 game for maintenance of strained left adductor he has played through recently - doubtful to play in All-Star game but head coach Ty Lue said the injury is not believed to be serious - has been managing left adductor issue over past month and team will want him healthy for stretch run.

Jaylen Brown - SIC score 89

Missed Feb. 14 game with right shoulder contusion - issue should resolve during All-Star break and team was likely being cautious with their star given the chance for a longer rest - not expected to miss games coming out of the break.

Bradley Beal - SIC score 71

Suffered left hamstring strain on Feb. 13 and will rest through All-Star break - team has hinted that it's minor but he had issue with same hamstring earlier this season - may miss a game or two coming out of break as team will want him fully healthy to avoid aggravation.

Kristaps Porzingis - SIC score 86

Did not return to Feb. 14 game with right ankle sprain he suffered in 1st half against the Nets - Porzingis said he was available to play in the 2nd half but was held out due to the lopsided score - opposite side as Jan. 25 left ankle sprain but this issue shouldn't cause him to miss time out of the All-Star break

Jamal Murray - SIC score 80

Exited Monday's game in the 2nd quarter due to shin splints - unlikely to play before All-Star break from 2/16-2/21 - can be alleviated with proper stretching, rest and maintenance.
