Heat Injury Report: P.J. Tucker Suffers Left Knee Contusion, Heading For MRI

Heat veteran forward P.J. Tucker missed the end of Game 2 after suffering left knee contusion early in the third quarter.

P.J. Tucker Injury Update

The 37-year-old is heading for an MRI on his left knee, but the Pro Basketball Docs are optimistic the MRI won't show any structural damage.

In Game 1, Tucker suffered a right ankle injury mid-way through the second quarter but was able to return after halftime. His defense helped the Heat to a big third quarter push, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.

The series moves to Boston for Games 3 and 4 on Saturday.
