Giannis Antetokounmpo Injury Update

Star Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo exited the April 9th game prematurely due to what has been reported as a left calf strain.

From video analysis done by our Pro Basketball Docs, there is no indication of the dreaded Achilles tear; instead, it appears to be a mild gastrocnemius calf strain versus a possible cramp. This injury will cost him some time, but he is likely to be ready for the first game of the playoffs.

He was listed on the injury report recently with a hamstring issue on the same side.

We at sicscore.com believe that Antetokounmpo has avoided a serious injury.

The Greek Freak is averaging 30.4 ppg along with 11.5 rebounds and 6.5 assists carrying a SIC Score of 70 until more information is known.
